PRISM Warped

Wednesday was the Private View for the new exhibition ‘Warped’ by fine art textile group PRISM. Opened by renowned textile and print artist Sumi Perera, who gave a fascinating talk about her own practice, this exhibition at the Art Pavilion Mile End showcases work from around 50 artists. The work ranges from stunning large scale contact prints and folklore inspired headdresses to resin rabbits and crocheted wire children’s dresses, there is something for everyone!

The Private View was well attended and a great success. After Sumi’s opening talk, the wine and conversation flowed and everyone took advantage of the opportunity to look at the work and speak to the artists present. The exhibition runs until till the 1st May at the Art Pavilion, Mile End Park, Clinton Rd, London E3 4QY.
